Arcana Item Upgrades

  • Upgrade equipped gear up to five times.
  • Each upgrade adds 5% to supported stats and 2% to armor.
  • Use a matching sigil, wildcard sigil, or duplicate item to upgrade.
  • Legendary Sigils of Perfection instantly upgrade an item to 5/5.
  • Timed sigils expire after 24 hours, even while offline.
  • Permanent epic and legendary sigils can stack and be shared across your account.
  • Earn sigils from dungeon and raid bosses, PvP satchels, World Quests, rare-creature satchels, and Mystery Boxes.
  • Overlevelled dungeon groups cannot earn sigils from lower-level content.
  • Visit an Item Upgrader in any major city or use the Item Upgrades addon.
  • The addon includes a minimap shortcut, simple upgrade menu, and improved item tooltips.

Faster Queues, Smarter Bots & Account-Wide Mounts

  • Dungeon Finder queues can now use bots to quickly fill missing tank, healer, and damage roles after briefly prioritizing real players.
  • Specific dungeon queues will assemble a full party before entering, just like Random Dungeon queues.
  • Dungeon groups will feature more varied bot teammates instead of repeatedly selecting the same characters.
  • Bots should now reliably teleport into the dungeon when queued using the LFG tool.
  • Mounts are now shared between eligible characters on the same account, while faction and other special restrictions still apply.
  • Altbots will now earn EXP and Honor in Arenas without needing to get the killing blow.
  • The Character Mentor, Mysterious Curator, and Warpweaver can now be found together in every major city.
  • Numerous dungeon, raid, bot-behavior, and general stability improvements have also been included.

Account-Wide Progression & Quality-of-Life Update

  • Eligible reputation progress is now shared across characters on the same account.
  • Neutral reputations can be shared across factions, while faction-specific reputations remain separate.
  • Same-account altbots no longer duplicate reputation gains.
  • Level-80 characters receive Friendly Wrath reputation and four faction tabards by mail.
  • Shadow Vault, Sons of Hodir, Crusaders’ Pinnacle, and Nesingwary unlocks are now account-wide.
  • Eligible Northrend phases and flight paths unlock automatically for your alts.
  • Profession progress and eligible recipes are shared across Alliance and Horde characters.
  • City of Light and The Caverns of Time complete instantly after acceptance, but still require manual hand-in.
  • Controlled altbots on linked accounts can earn eligible Battleground, Arena, and World Quest rewards.
  • Reputation visibility and incorrect ‘At War’ displays have been fixed.

Playerbot and PvP Reliability Update

  • Improved bot party formation with faster recovery from failed or delayed additions.
  • Battlegrounds and Arenas now fill more reliably, with smoother re-queuing and better cleanup when players leave.
  • Arena bots move and engage enemies more consistently, especially healers.
  • Bots no longer receive the Deserter penalty, and repeated role-check messages have been reduced.
  • Added numerous bot, raid, quest, stability, and Auction House pricing improvements.

Faster PvP Queues & Improved Variety

  • Arena queues now form matches faster and more reliably across 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5.
  • Arena and Battleground teams feature more varied bot rosters between matches.
  • Arena teams will always contain players from the same faction, while Battlegrounds remain Alliance versus Horde.
  • Improved Auction House pricing consistency for selected items.
  • Additional Battleground and Arena stability improvements.

Arena Skirmishes, Improved Bot Parties & World Quest Progression

  • Queue for 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 Arena skirmishes with simple chat commands.
  • Arena and Battleground brackets now use smaller level ranges, with bots raised to the top of each bracket.
  • Alterac Valley keeps its wider 51–60, 61–70, and 71–80 brackets.
  • Arena teams keep your invited friends and alternate characters, while bots fill any remaining spaces.
  • The 30-second Arena countdown begins only after the full roster has arrived.
  • Arena kills now award Honor and experience, with match totals shown at the end of Arenas and Battlegrounds.
  • Arena winners can earn Victor’s Spoils once every 30 minutes per character; losses do not start the cooldown.
  • Alternate characters can earn and keep their own Arena reward satchels.
  • Improved bot behavior when leaving Arenas, parties, and queues.
  • Grouped bots can now progress and complete World Quests for experience, while only the active character receives the reward satchel.
  • Future character boosts include a free 10-slot bag, along with improved boost messages and reliability fixes.
  • Auction House pricing has been improved for more sensible buying and selling.
  • Auction House deposits remain free, while the normal sale fee has returned at approximately 5%.
  • Mentioning an item no longer automatically opens a trade with a bot; normal trade commands still work.

Smarter Bots, Fairer Auctions & Better Boss Loot

  • Bots now choose the correct Tank, Healer, or Damage role in selected dungeons.
  • Premade groups can still enter selected dungeons with any role combination.
  • Fixed repeated role-check messages flooding the chat.
  • Bots now stop following you after leaving your party.
  • Auction House bots check more player listings and make purchases more frequently.
  • Fixed missing bonus loot from Garfrost and several other affected bosses.

Module Updates & Quality-of-Life Improvements

  • Dalaran Auction Houses are now available without Engineering.
  • Restored the Mysterious Curator’s profession mastery scrolls.
  • Improved Playerbot combat, questing, and Dungeon Finder behavior.
  • Improved bot routing and group handling in several dungeons.
  • Enhanced ArcanaPartyDraft’s gear controls and command queue.

Boost credits, professions and battleground improvements

  • Every account now receives five free character boosts. Each successful boost uses one account-wide credit.
  • Character Mentors now display your remaining boosts and sell bind-on-pickup Boost Tokens for 5,000 gold, with each token adding one credit.
  • Character Mentors are now available beside the Transmog NPCs in Stormwind and Orgrimmar. Boosts travel to your faction capital at levels 15 and 60, Shattrath at 70, and Dalaran at 80.
  • Characters automatically learn every profession rank allowed by their level. This raises the skill limit but does not provide free skill points or recipes.
  • Profession Mastery Scrolls are available from the Mystery Box vendor for 5,000 gold each. They maximize the chosen profession only as far as the character’s level allows and do not teach recipes.
  • The maximum personal XP rate is now x7. Reputation and Honor gains are doubled, while successful crafting and gathering skill-ups award two points.
  • Battlegrounds no longer close when a bot temporarily leaves while a real player remains. Spoils of War delivery also displays a clear chat confirmation.
  • The Auction House buyer will no longer overpay for items that players can purchase from ordinary vendors.
  • The online bot population has been adjusted to 1,000.

Migrated to VPS hosting, added more bots & bug fixes

  • Migrated the realm to dedicated VPS hosting for improved stability and reliability.
  • Increased the online bot population to 2,500, divided nearly evenly between Alliance and Horde.
  • Spread bots evenly across all level ranges, creating a more balanced population throughout the world.
  • Updated bot behavior with numerous combat, equipment, looting, travel, dungeon, and stability improvements.
  • Refreshed the Auction House with updated prices and improved item availability while preserving player auctions.
  • Reduced the normal battleground preparation time to one minute.
  • Added several additional quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes.

Playerbot and dungeon improvements

  • Playerbots can loot quest objects and complete related objectives correctly again.
  • Improved bot navigation, travel, area-trigger detection, tank taunts, resurrection, and loot-roll handling.
  • Stockade groups now clear rooms methodically instead of skipping dangerous packs.
  • Better bot positioning and recovery in Magisters’ Terrace, Underbog, and Ring of Law.
  • Legacy keyed doors in Scholomance, Stratholme, and Dire Maul North no longer block progress.
  • Numerous quest, creature, movement, spell, and encounter fixes.
  • Improved recovery and scripting for Ulduar and Black Temple.
  • More reliable instance resets, creature respawns, and scripted events.

World Quests and dungeon treasures

  • World Quests now appear while exploring.
  • Complete them for experience and zonal treasures.
  • World Quests can be shared with party members.
  • Outdoor rares now drop zonal treasures.
  • Zonal treasures contain region-appropriate rewards.
  • Dungeon rares are now guaranteed to appear.
  • Dungeon rares grant additional loot.
  • Final bosses can drop rare instance-wide items.
  • Mystery Box reward chances have been improved.
  • Battleground queue timers now display correctly.

Battlegrounds and Mystery Boxes

  • Playerbots now fill battlegrounds instantly. WSG starts 10v10 and AB 15v15.
  • Humans can join ongoing matches by replacing a same-faction bot.
  • Winners and losers now receive Spoils of War containing dungeon and PvP gear.
  • Level 60 and 70 now have isolated battleground brackets.
  • Winners can receive faction PvP mounts, while eligible brackets also award regional PvP tokens.
  • Mystery Box vendors are now available in Stormwind and Orgrimmar.
  • Mystery Boxes cost 1,000 gold, guarantee trade goods, and can also contain bags, collectibles, Tier 3 armor, rare formulas, and mounts.

Auction House economy update

  • Expanded the shared Auction House to approximately 10,000 listings, with slightly more weapons and armor.
  • Rare gear now appears more often than uncommon gear, with better rare and epic availability at lower levels.
  • Removed duplicate weapons and armor, poor and common equipment, mounts, Sack of Gems items, and other unsuitable listings from the Auction Bot's stock.
  • Cut gems and weapon or armor enchant scrolls are now listed individually instead of in stacks.
  • Rebalanced ores, bars, leather, pearls, recipes, formulas, enchant scrolls, and crafted equipment so prices better reflect progression, rarity, and material costs.
  • Added safeguards against repeatable ore-smelting, material-conversion, and low-level crafting profit loops while keeping valuable world drops rewarding.
  • Improved the availability of pearls across every expansion tier and established more realistic prices for level-60 crafted epics and lower-level rare and epic gear.
  • Reduced level-80 weapon prices and adjusted the Auction Bot buyer so healthy player sales remain possible without enabling easy crafting arbitrage.
  • Removed the Hearthstone cooldown, corrected the Undead Character Mentor's position, refined starter gear balance, and stopped Warlock Playerbots repeatedly announcing Fel Spellstone use.

Character boosts are now available

  • Character Mentors are now available in every starting area with optional boosts to levels 15, 60, 70, or 80.
  • Boosts only move characters forward and cannot be reversed.
  • Each boost includes a satchel containing a complete uncommon starter set suited to the class and chosen role.
  • Boosted characters automatically learn their available class spells and weapon skills, without receiving extra gold.
  • Eligible dungeon and raid access items are delivered by in-game mail at the appropriate level.
  • New Death Knights may optionally complete their starting story instantly through the Lich King, reach level 58, and continue from their faction capital. The normal starting story remains available.

Progression and quality-of-life update

  • Added adjustable personal XP rates through the .xp chat commands.
  • Companion bots now follow the selected XP rate of their real-player party leader.
  • Profession progress and eligible recipes can now be shared between same-faction characters on the same account.
  • Each character must still train the appropriate profession ranks and meet level requirements before using higher-level recipes.
  • Characters may learn up to 11 professions and unlock multiple profession specializations.
  • Important dungeon and attunement keys are now mailed automatically at the appropriate character levels.
  • All flight paths are unlocked and flight travel is instant for players.
  • Auction House deposits and sales cuts have been removed, and mail is delivered instantly.
  • Players can enter raid instances without first forming a raid group.
  • The hourly limit on dungeon and raid entries has been removed.
  • Eligible Specific Dungeons remain available when grouped with higher-level players or companion bots.
  • Improved server stability and shutdown reliability.

Live realm update

  • Added one extra native loot roll to supported dungeon, raid, and world bosses.
  • Specific dungeon parties can now start with one to five players and controlled bots without matchmaking.
  • Removed quest, key, attunement, achievement, and gear requirements from LFG access checks.
  • Allowed random bots to fill Random Dungeon Finder groups while keeping Specific Dungeon groups player-controlled.
  • Enabled manual self-bot mode for all players and removed unnecessary Playerbot AI chat messages.

A busier world

  • Expanded the live random-bot target to 400–500 bots.
  • Added a second map-update worker to keep the larger bot population responsive.
  • Verified the realm remained stable without service restarts or memory pressure.

Realm foundations

  • Enabled Playerbots, Dungeon Clear, Transmog, AoE Loot, Junk to Gold, and automatic skill and spell learning.
  • Activated the shared cross-faction auction market and Auction Bot Plus buyer and seller.
  • Kept database, remote administration, and Playerbot command interfaces private.
